Cancel Policies Palisade Tahoe Lodge Rentals
REGULAR CANCEL POLICY

  • A deposit of 50% of total reservation fees are due at booking.
  • Full payment is due and charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Reservations must be canceled at least 14 days before check-in date to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations 14-7 days prior to check-in will be refunded 50% of rent due.
  • Reservations made within 14 days of arrival; full payment is due at the time of booking.
  • Changing dates or shortening stays is not allowed after final payment is made.
  • There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures or no shows.
  • Cancelation cutoff time is 3pm on dates of cancellation deadlines at 30, 14 or 7 days.

HOLIDAY CANCEL POLICY AND DATES
Holiday 30 Day Cancel Dates are: December 14, 2025 – January 4, 2026. Any reservation with a single night during these dates is subject to the 30 day cancel policy

  • Reservations must be canceled at least 30 days before check-in to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations 30-7 days prior to check-in will be refunded 50% of the rent due
  • Cancellations of  7 days or fewer to check-in are non-refundable.
  • Changing dates or shortening stays is not permitted after the final payment is made.
  • There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures or no-shows.
  • Cancelation cutoff time is 3:00 pm on dates of cancellation deadlines at 30, 14 or 7 days.

*Travel insurance is highly recommended for all reservations.
